The application stores and processes personal data that you provide in order to deliver the service. You are responsible for keeping your phone and your access to the application secure.
WISDOM ADS LIMITED strongly recommends that you do not jailbreak or root your device, which means removing software restrictions and security protections imposed by the official operating system. Doing so may expose your device to malware, viruses, or other harmful software, weaken your device's security features, and may cause the application to work improperly or stop functioning altogether.
Third-Party Services
The application makes use of third-party services that operate under their own terms and conditions. These services include:
- Google Play Services
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics
- One Signal
Network Usage and Charges
Some features of the application require an active internet connection, whether through Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. WISDOM ADS LIMITED will not be responsible if the application does not function fully because you do not have access to Wi-Fi or because your mobile data allowance has been used up.
If you use the application outside an area with Wi-Fi access, the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage while accessing the application, as well as possible third-party charges. By using the application, you accept responsibility for such charges, including roaming data fees if you use the application outside your home region or country without turning off data roaming.
If you are not the person who pays for the device being used, WISDOM ADS LIMITED assumes that you have received permission from the account or bill payer to use the application.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the way you use the application, including making sure your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the service, WISDOM ADS LIMITED will not be liable.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Responsibility
