FormsPro Builder uses Google Sign-In and limited Google OAuth permissions only to provide secure account access and the app's core form-related features for the signed-in user.
Depending on the features a user chooses to use, FormsPro Builder may access the following categories of Google user data:
- Google account identity data, such as OpenID information, primary email address, and basic profile information, to authenticate the user, identify the signed-in account, and set up the user account in FormsPro Builder.
- Google Forms content, through the Google Forms scope, so the signed-in user can create, view, edit, and manage their own form content within FormsPro Builder.
- Google Drive files, through the Google Drive file scope, only for files created by FormsPro Builder, opened with FormsPro Builder, or explicitly selected by the user for form-related file access and management.
Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features requested by the user, such as secure sign-in, account access, form creation, form editing, saved form access, syncing, and related file management.
Google user data is not used for advertising, is not sold to third parties, and is not shared with third parties except where necessary to provide the app's core functionality, comply with law, or protect rights, safety, and security.
Third-Party Services and Sharing
FormsPro Builder uses certain third-party service providers to support core operations such as infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, and notifications. These service providers may process limited information on our behalf under their own privacy terms and contractual obligations.

You can stop most app-side information collection by uninstalling the application through the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the relevant application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
User-provided data, including account information, saved forms, workflow data, and related submissions, will be retained for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterward for legitimate business, legal, security, and support purposes.
If you would like your data or connected Google user data references deleted from FormsPro Builder, please contact [email protected]. We will review and address deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal or security obligations.
Children
The application is not intended for anyone under 13 years of age, and WISDOM ADS LIMITED does not knowingly use the application to collect data from children under 13 or to market to them.
If it becomes known that a child under 13 has submitted personal information, that information will be promptly removed from servers.
